BRACAMONTE, Isabel Tellez Isabel Tellez Bracamonte, 89 years of age, passed into the hands of the Lord on Jesus Christ's Birthday, Dec. 25, 2003. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Frank Lopez Bracamonte of Arizona, two daughters, Margaret Obezo, California, Mercy Baker, Az., 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren, 5 sisters, and one brother, Rufina Amarillas, Nev, Frances Bracamonte, Az, Paul Tellez, California, Olivia Flores, Sun City West, Lupita Mejia, Arizona, and Sophia Noyes, Az. Isabel was born in Hereford, Az. near Bisbee. Her family was one of several Hispanic families in the Bisbee area in the early 1800's originally from Sante Fe through Las Cruces, New Mexico. Madre, we will all miss you very much. A memorial service was held at Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W. Van Buren, Tolleson, Az. Memorial Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church, 512 N. 91st Ave. Tolleson. In Lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to Blessed Sacrament for the restoration of the church. Published in the Arizona Republic on 12/30/2003.
