Kristin Teres Ekstrand Hoffman, 69, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away February 1, 2004. She was born in the Philippines, raised in Berkley, CA, relocated to Rhinebeck, NY and settled in Scottsdale, AZ in 1963. She was an RN for the State of Arizona, member of the Episcopalian faith and devoted wife and mother. Survivors include her children, Beth, Stephen & Kathy; grandchildren Austin, Dani & Joshua; sister Karen; sister-in-law Betsy and life long friends Peg & Bud. Memorial service was at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 2310 N. 56th St., Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers contributions to the World Literacy Crusade, 1611 N. Ft. Harrison Ave., Clearwater, FL 33755 are preferred. Messinger Indian School Mortuary, Scottsdale, AZ. Published in the Arizona Republic on 2/5/2004.
