The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, December 07, 2011 Helen Cook passed away on Dec. 1, 2011. Helen, an 86-year-old native of Arizona, was born in Mayer, but lived the majority of her life in Prescott. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn; her son, Don; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Helen devoted her days to enriching the lives of her family, friends and the world around her. She will be sorely missed by all those who had the fortune of knowing her. Goodbye, Mom and Gram, we will always love you. Heritage Memory Mortuary assisted with arrangements.
