The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, January 29, 1998 Obituaries – El Marie Coleman El Marie Coleman, (formerly Oberlin), 93, a resident of Prescott, died Friday, January 23, 1998. She was born Jan. 26, 1904 in Knob Noster, Mo., to Washington S. and Adda MacRae. She moved to Prescott in 1965, after a long residence in Washington, D. C. and Maryland. She was a very talented woman who loved crafts, music, painting and gardening. She was an accomplished weaver. Mrs. Coleman worked as an occupational therapist until her retirement. Survivors include three grandchildren and numerous other relatives. She was preceded in death by two husbands, her son Richard, and grandson, John. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, at the United Methodist Church, 505 West Gurley St. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Prescott Samaritan Village, 1030 Scott Drive, Prescott, Az., 86301 or to the United Methodist Church, 505 West Gurley St., Prescott, Az., 86301.
