The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, February 7, 1999 Obituaries – Richard Weeks Richard Daniel Weeks, 54, of Phoenix, died Sunday, Jan. 31, 1999, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix. He was born Sept. 18, 1944, in Pittsburg, Calif., to J. C. and Marguerite Bell (Stem) Weeks, and moved from there with his parents in 1945. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force for six years, and participated in the Viet Nam Conflict. He worked as a carpet layer for 20 years in the Prescott and Phoenix areas.
