ROLLEY, Doreen Davis

Doreen Burns Davis Rolley, born Nov. 2, 1925 transitioned Jan. 30, 2004. She spent her childhood in Christmas and Globe. In Phoenix, she was part of the first graduating class at North High. She served as PTA president, Girl Scout Neighborhood Chairman, and hospital volunteer. At 50 she became a medical transcriptionist, and retired after 23 years from the Orthopedic Clinic. She was a loving generous woman, who will be remembered by many. She is survived by her loving children, Glenna Kessler, Mark and Norman Davis, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. A celebration of her life was held at the Beef Eaters Restaurant, 300 W. Camelback. All who were blessed to know her are invited to attend. Published in the Arizona Republic from 2/5/2004 - 2/6/2004.
