BLAIR, Malcolm (Mac) John

Malcolm “Mac” John Blair, 80, passed away on Wednesday June 13, 2007 in Phoenix, Arizona, with his family by his side, in the care of Hospice of the Valley. 

He was born May 26, 1927 in New York. 

He is survived by his son, Stuart and his brother, Donald. 

Services were held at Trinity United Methodist Church, 3014 W. Glendale Avenue. Arrangements entrusted to Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Avenue, Glendale, Arizona.
