Clark Swick, 90, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born June 18, 1916 in Chinook, Mont., passed away June 21, 2007 in Prescott Valley,

A memorial service in Clark's honor will be 10 a.m. Friday, June 8, 2007, at the Prescott Valley Samaritan Center in Prescott Valley.

Memorials may be made in Clark's memory to the Community Bible Church, Club Road in Cortez Lakes, Ariz. or to Bradshaw Mountain Shrine Club, P.O. Box 25735, Prescott Valley, Ariz., 86312.
