Janet Arlene Amick, 70, of Congress, Ariz., born August 15, 1936, in Hopedale, Ohio, passed away June 20, 2007 at Hospice Family Care's Hospice House in Prescott.

Memorial service will be 4 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2007, at Janet's home 23663 Coleman Drive, W. Congress.

Private cremation at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home is meeting the needs of the family.
