Lawrence Kabage passed away November 27, 2006 in Prescott, Ariz., he was born July 5, 1934, in Dodge Center, Minn., to Joe and Emma Kabage.
Lawrence worked as a car and truck mechanic in Minnesota and Arizona. He was a member of the Mile High Tractor Club. Lawrence built a double engine super C tractor, which he enjoyed taking to parades and shows.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Evelyn; daughters Jenny Landsberg of Phoenix and Teresa McCabe of Tucson; son Larry of Junction city, Calif.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandson; brothers Curtis of Hayfield, Minn., and Everett of Spring Valley, Minn.; sisters Beatrice Wolksky of Owatona, Minn.; LaVonne Leth of Kasson, Minn.; and Laura Verkamp, of St. Charles, Minn.
Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, December 16, 2006, at his home.
