Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Saturday, December 3, 2011 - Jeanette Mary Zari passed away Dec. 1, 2011 in Lake Havasu City, at the age of 87. She was born in Birmingham, Ala., Aug. 26, 1924, to Bert and Mattie (Batton) Brasher. Jeanette moved to Lake Havasu City 15 years ago from Foster City, Calif., where she worked in the billing department for Berkey Photo. Jeanette enjoyed an occasional trip to Laughlin to try her luck, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family. Jeanette is survived by her son Ronald Johnston and her daughter Sandra Kindle, both of Lake Havasu City; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
