Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Tuesday, December 6, 2011 - Ellen Ann Licari, 44, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 03, 2011 at the Polidori House in Lake Havasu City. She was born on July 23, 1967 in Fargo, N.D. to Lyle and Kay (Wingard) Froslie. Ellen moved to Lake Havasu City 17 years ago, coming from Fargo, N.D., where she lived for 26 years. She married her husband, Geno Robert Licari in Kragness, Minn. Ellen was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister who was devoted to her family. She was a caring and generous person who touched the lives of many in her community. She will be deeply missed and always loved. Ellen is survived by her husband, Geno Licari of Lake Havasu City; daughters Camryn and Morgan Licari of Lake Havasu City; mother Kay Froslie; sisters Debbie Hager and Lori Schiermeister; brothers Joe, Greg, Kelly and Mike Froslie. She was preceded in death by her father Lyle Froslie and her sister Judy Froslie. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 08, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1605 S. McCulloch Blvd. Donations can be made in Ellen's name to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, LHC. AZ. 86405. An open house will immediately follow the service at her brother Greg's house.
