COOPER, Jay Michael

Jay Michael Cooper, of Phoenix died February 4, 2004; he was 59. He moved to Phoenix in 1974 from Philadelphia. Jay was an obstetrician/ gynecologist. Jay was loved by his wife Joyce; daughters Jenna (Steffen Lipofsky), Jill (Matthew Lefferman) and Jessica; parents Fannie and Joseph; sisters Janice Zuckerman and Joan Cooper; brother Jeffrey Cooper; and grandchildren Maia and Joshua Lefferman. Services were held at Beth El Congregation, 1118 W. Glendale Ave. Contributions can be made to the Jay M. Cooper Memorial Fund, which was established in Jay's memory to support his passions, including medical research, the arts and education. Jay M. Cooper Memorial Fund, 12701 N.
