Gwendolyn Ann Lacey, 73, of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Chicopee, MA, passed away February 3, 2004. Gwendolyn was born September 12, 1930 in Woodbury, N.J. She was preceded in death by her son Steven. Survivors include her beloved husband Daniel of 50 years, son Daniel Jr. (Linda) and grandchildren, Heather & Timothy. Visitation and services were at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd.
