BOLTZ, Sonia

Sonia Boltz, 81, passed away February 5, 2004. She was born in New York on January 19, 1923 and was a long-time Arizona resident. 

She was a consummate humanitarian, and she felt fortunate to have had the help and compassion of her many caregivers and companions. 

Beloved mother of Barbara, Linda and Larry, grandmother of 5 and great-grandmother of 5. 

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice Family Care Foundation, 1125 E Southern #201 Mesa, Az 85204. Services were at Greenwood Memory Lawn, 2300 W. Van Buren in Phoenix.
