Charles Anderson Hay, 87, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 24, 1924, in Coshocton, Ohio, passed away Dec. 8, 2011.
Cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory. Service will be in January.

Charles "Andy" Hay, 87, passed on Dec. 8, 2011, peacefully at his home in Prescott, Ariz. He was born and raised in Coshocton, Ohio.
Andy is survived by his three daughters, Cindy, Debbie and Polly and her husband Craig Thompson and their two daughters Christina and Alycia.
Andy enlisted in the U.S. Army Aircorps in 1942 as an aviation cadet and was discharged in 1945 as a tail-gunner in the 8th Army Air Corps. He graduated from Dennison University Granville, Ohio, in 1953. Andy was a member of the VFW, the American Legion and Sigma Chi fraternity. He was jolly, genial and always full of fun. He counted his friends by the score.
A memorial service for Andy will be noon on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, at the VA Chapel on the VA complex, 500 Highway 89, Prescott. There will be a luncheon after the service at the American Legion Post, 202 S. Pleasant St., Prescott.
