William Raymond Clark, 88, of Prescott, born July 4, 1918, in Okmulgee, Okla., died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006, in Prescott.

Services will take place at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, at the National VA Cemetery in Phoenix.
