PAYNE, Lucille Arbatus

The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, May 2, 1972 Lucille Arbatus Payne Mrs. Lucille Arbatus Payne, 55, died on Sunday, April 30 at the Bagdad Hospital. Born on December 13, 1916 in Bisbee, she had been an Arizona resident for all of her life with the exception of one year which was spent in California. Mrs. Payne had resided in Bagdad for the past three years. Survivors include her husband Sam of Bagdad, one step-daughter, Mrs. Jack Downey, of Tucson and one step-son, Joe Bob Payne, of Kingman, also her parents Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Stetson, of Long Beach Calif. Funeral services have been scheduled at the Hampton Funeral Home on May 3 at 2 p.m. Internment will be in the Valley View Cemetery, Clarkdale. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 – 8 p.m. today.
