Loretta Ruth Eddards, 54, of Prescott Valley, born May 5, 1952, in Oakland, Calif., died Oct. 31, 2006, in Prescott.

Commemoration services in honor of Loretta will take place at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, at the Living Faith Christian Center, 7225 N. Coyote Springs Road, Prescott Valley, Ariz.  

Donations may be made to the Living Faith Christian Center.
