KING, Larry S.

Larry S. King, age 70, passed away February 5, 2004 in Scottsdale, AZ. 

Larry taught at Lane Technical High School in Chicago, IL, prior to becoming a History Professor at Harper College in Palatine, IL from 1968 until his retirement in 1996. At that time, he resided in Evanston, IL. He also was a veteran of the U.S. Army. 

Larry is survived by his loving wife Joyce King; son Lawrence David (Linda) King; daughter Susan Gayle (Barry) Zweig; brother Sam (Tilda) King, brother-in-law Leonard Filman; grandchildren Ryan and Jenna; and many friends and family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. 

Graveside services were held Tuesday, February 10th at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E. Shea Boulevard, Scottsdale. The family prefers contributions to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014. Arrangements by Sinai Mortuary.
