TOMECEK, George W.

George W. Tomecek passed away on Feb. 4, 2000, at the age of 72. 

He is survived by three children, Laura Greer, Judy Tomecek, and Brian Tomecek all of Phoenix. Other family members include a sister, Kristine, and brother, Frank, living in Chicago as well as a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and seven wonderful grandchildren. 

George played baseball for the Detroit Tigers out of high school and also served in the Marines during the Korean War. Later he married and became a business owner.
