The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, October 17, 1974 Martha Forbis Dies in Las Vegas Martha E. Forbis, 58, died at Southern Memorial Hospital in Las Vegas Wednesday. She was born on March 3, 1916 in Prescott and moved to Las Vegas from here 10 years ago. Before moving she had operated a self-service laundry in Miller Valley. She was a member of the L.D.S. Church. Survivors include her husband, Audie, of Las Vegas; one daughter, Mrs. Josephine Bertrand, of Las Vegas; one brother, Sid Webb, of Prescott; four grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mt. View Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Ruffner Funeral Home.
