Vallory Jane Perea passed away Dec. 12, 2011 at the age of 5 months. She was born on July 6, 2011 in Lake Havasu City.
 
Vallory leaves behind her parents, Ben Mario Perea and Alisha Karen (Foreman) Perea; brothers, Ajay, Ai and Devin Foreman; grandparents, Denene Lapoint, Dave Lapoint, Tommy Grigsby, Monty Foreman, Marilyn Fisher, Kenney Fisher and John Grigsby.

Vallory will be dearly missed by everyone that had the opportunity to meet her, especially her mom and dad.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, 5 p.m. at Lietz-Fraze Chapel.
