West Valley View, Avondale, AZ July 20, 2010 Deborah Lynn Owen, 62, of Tolleson died July 12, 2010. Mrs. Owen was born May 8, 1948, in Kansas City, Mo., to Charles and Arlene Carr. She moved to Arizona in 1972. She is survived by her husband, Richard; one daughter, Stephanie of Phoenix; one son, Marc of Scottsdale; ; her mother, Arlene Carr of Kansas City; one brother, Chris Carr of Ridgway, Colo.; one sister, Rene' Kissinger of Shawnee, Kan.; and two granddaughters. Private services were held July 15 in Sun City. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
