RYBERG, Carl John

The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, May 7, 1974 Carl John Ryberg, 91, died Monday at his home at 413 Webb Place. He was born July 25, 1882 in Sweden and came to the United States as a young man. He had been an iron worker in Chicago area for over 50 years and was a member of the Iron Workers Union Local No.63 in Chicago. He was a member of the Glen Ellyn Lodge No. 915 F. & A.M. in Glen Ellyn, Ill.; Past High Priest in Wheaton Chapter No. 242 in Wheaton, Ill.; and a former member of the Knights Templar. He moved to Arizona from Lombard, Ill. nine years ago. Survivors include his widow and son, John, both of Prescott; a daughter Mrs. Anna Larson, North Hollywood, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Memory Chapel with Elder Ronald G. Kendall officiating. Cremation will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. tomorrow at Memory Chapel.
