Lorenzo L. Larriba, 83, died at Yavapai Community Hospital Thursday after a lingering illness.
Born in El Paso, Texas, August 10, 1890, Mr. Larriba came to Tucson 50 years ago and then moved to Prescott 45 years ago. He had worked as a machinist for Santa Fe railroad for many years he was a member of Sacred Heart church.
Survivors include his widow, Joaquina of Prescott; three sons, Lawrence and Rinaldo, both of Prescott, Frank of Tucson; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Johns, of Miami, Fla., Mrs. Tommy Granillo and Mrs. Hillary Rodriguez, both of Prescott and Miss Adelina Larriba, of Tucson; three step-sons, Henry Morales, of Prescott, Simon Morales, of Los Angeles, Calif. and Ygnacio Jimenez, of Prescott; a step-daughter, Mrs. Carmela Verla, of Tempe, Ariz. and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Rosary will be held at Memory Chapel, Monday, April 15 at 7:30 p.m. and visitation from 4:30 p.m. to Rosary time. Mass of the resurrection will be at the Sacred Heart Church Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. with burial to follow in the family plot in Mountain View Cemetery.
