The Daily Courier, Prescott Arizona Saturday, February 3, 2007 Dale F. Raff, 58, passed away Jan. 29, 2007, in Prescott, Ariz. Dale was born Sept. 12, 1948 in Plainview, Neb., the son of Richard Allen and Florence Gertrude (Stout) Raff. Dale is survived by his wife, Kathleen M. Raff, of Prescott Valley; two daughters, Michelle M. Ramirez and Lisa M. Raff; son Eric D. Raff; brothers, Hank, Don, Allen and Darrell; and eight grandchildren. Dale was a loving husband, father and grandfather who overcame challenges in his life. Dale was proud of his service in the Army in Vietnam. Commendation services in honor of Dale will be Monday, Feb. 5, 2007, 10 a.m., at the VA Chapel in Prescott, Ariz. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Military honors will be performed by the American Legion Post # 6 at the VA Chapel. Burial will be at the National Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. Arrangements entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home.
