Emmett Raymond Paylor, Jr., 74, of Prescott Valley, born November 30, 1932, in Colorado Springs, Colo., died January 31, 2007, at Mountain View Manor.

Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2007, at Heritage Memory Mortuary. Services will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at the VA Chapel in Prescott.
