LOWRY, Ruth E.

Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, AZ Wednesday, December 21, 2011 Ruth E. Lowry, age 73, of Central Heights, entered into rest Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center. She was born in Ada, Okla. on April 13, 1938, the daughter of Fannie M. Scates and Tilman J. Smith. Ruth was a very dedicated member of the Pentecostal Church in Miami. She enjoyed gardening, doing yard work, and she loved spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Ruth leaves behind in loving memory three sons, Larry Brown (Melody) of Eugene, Ore., Sam Brown of Globe, Ariz. and Chris Mabery of Glendale, Ariz.; two brothers, John D. Smith of Central Heights, Ariz. and Terry L. Smith of Claypool, Ariz.; two sisters, Diane Tarraba of Central Heights and Loretta Padget of Duncan, Okla.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private family services will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements for Ruth Lowry were entrusted to Miles Funeral Services Globe.
