Frank William Freeland, 82, of Prescott Valley, born July 29, 1924, in Rutland, Vt., died Tuesday, February 6, 2007, in Prescott.

Commemoration services in honor of Frank took place Monday, Feb. 12 2007, at the VA Chapel in Prescott.
