DEWITT, Bill


Bill DeWitt, 63, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on June 3, 2007. Graduated in 1961 and soon married his high-school sweetheart and was married for 35 years. Graduated college while raising a family. Career accomplishments include: Police Officer in Texas, was part of the Apollo Program with NASA, more than 30 years experience in the Insurance industry - primarily in litigation. He was generous to a fault, an accomplished handy-man, possessed unwavering integrity; he was a man everyone liked and was honored to be considered a friend and someone to strive to emulate - his presence was larger than life. He was always protective of the interests of others before his own. Loves: An avid historian of the "old" west and Native American Culture. Enjoyed all forms of music and theatre. Camping. Trying new restaurants, movies & road trips. Children, Bill Jr., and Rebecca, grandchild, Cassidy, fiance, Diane Albright and family, Mark and Lynette, brother Eldon and family, Ila and Aseneth.
