The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona May 1974 Diggs Rites In Phoenix - Charles W. Diggs 81 died Friday at the Veterans Administration Center at Whipple. He was born May 20, 1892 in Texas and had been a resident of Arizona for the past 44 years. He lived in Phoenix prior to entering the hospital here. He was a veteran of World War I and had been a car salesman by occupation. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Winnifred Diggs in Phoenix. Services will be held at Memory Lawn Cemetery and Mortuary in Phoenix. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of the local arrangements.
