BENNETT, Frances Emily

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, November 17, 2006 Frances Emily Woodward Bennett, age 88, died November 10, 2006, and Prescott at a local care center. She was born January 26, 1918 in Orongo, Mo. to Albert T Woodward, and Ida Pearl (Weaver) Woodward. She graduated from Webb City High School in 1936. She was a homemaker and mother. She was the past State President for the State of Georgia P.E.O. She enjoyed golf, bridge and fishing. She is survived by daughters, and Shelton of Rossville, Ga., and Jane Chesen of Prescott; sister. Evelyn Pearson of Craig, Colo.; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 16, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. at the Hampton Funeral Home.
