The Times, Gainesville, Georgia Tuesday, June 27, 2000, page 5A Thomas Allen Burnham The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date for Mr. Burnham, 68, of Prescott, Ariz. Mr. Burnham died Thursday, June 22, 2000, in Arizona. He was born in New Jersey, lived in Connecticut, Florida, then Dahlonega for 15 years, but had made his home in Arizona for the past 15 years. Survivors include his sons, Joe Burnham, Jeff Burnham, both of Athens sons and daughters-in-law, James and Kikue Burnham, Dublin, Calif., Johnny and Susanne Burnham, Athens, daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Greg Davis, Oakwood, brothers, Roger Burnham, Bangor, Maine, Pete Burnham, Orlando, Fla., grandchildren, Ben and Bethany Burnham, Athens, Ashley Burnham, Bangor, Maine, Caleb Davis, Oakwood and several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made in his memory to St. Luke's Catholic Church, 75 Park St. North, Dahlonega, GA 30533. Flagstaff Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona.
