The Press-Enterprise, Riverside, California Friday, October 13, 2000, page B4 Services for Wanda Lorene Popejoy, 78, died Oct. 4 of pneumonia at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz. Mrs. Popejoy, who was born in Quay, Okla., lived in Glen Avon 47 years before she moved to Arizona in 1984. She worked for Jurupa Unified School District before she retired as a cafeteria worker in 1984. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Glen Avon. Mrs. Popejoy enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She is survived by a daughter, Rhonda Rowe of Prescott Valley, Ariz.; three sons, John of Peoria, Ariz., and Steve and Phil, both of Redlands; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a sister, Zelma Parker of Wichita Falls, Texas; and two brothers, Ellis and Dallas Rutherford of Spring Valley, Ariz.
