Duluth News-Tribune, Duluth, Minnesota Wednesday, January 5, 2000, page 5B Harold Eugene Armes, 82, died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2000, in his home in Prescott, Ariz. He was a resident of Duluth for many years and was an employee of National Cash Register Co. He is survived by his wife, Judith; daughters Kristine Hawkins of Bloomington, Minn., and Mary Beth Schockerer of Lakeland, Minn.; a son, Stuart Johnson of Eden Prairie, Minn.; a brother, William of Springfield, Ill.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Service will be in Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. Burial was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements made by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Ariz.
