Sherry Anne Ellis, 88, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., died Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, at Good Samaritan Prescott Village. 

Sherry was born June 22, 1923, in Bismarck, N.D., to George and Nana (Cushing) Magee. She was preceded in death by her husband Verl Ellis and her daughter Gay Canedo.

Sherry is survived by her daughters Barbara Bagdonas of Red Feather Lakes, Colo., Nana Clark of Prescott Valley, Ariz., and Pam Davis of Carthage, N.C.; son Gary Ellis of Westlake Village, Calif.; as well as 11 grandchildren.

There are no services scheduled at this time. 

Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
