Coles Rites Tuesday
William W. Coles, 72, died at the Whipple VA Center Wednesday.
Mr. Coles was born in Wynnewood, Okla., and moved to Arizona 13 years ago. He had been a Prescott resident for 12 years. Mr. Coles served with the Navy for 13 years, and he was a civilian employee for them for 18 years. He was a self employed contractor for Mountain Bell for 10 years in Prescott.
Mr. Coles is survived by his widow, Ann; three sons, R. Lee Bailey, of Fountain, Colo; Jerry D. Bailey, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and R. Glen Bailey of Phoenix; three daughters, Mrs. Jean Hobbs, of Cal., Mrs. Patricia Johnson of Newark, N.J., and Miss Glenda Bailey of San Diego, Cal; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Marvin of Washington, and Silas of San Diego; 1 sister Mrs. William Johnson of Oklahoma.
Funeral services will be held at Memory Chapel on Tuesday, May 28, at 2 p.m. with full military graveside rites to follow at the Prescott National Cemetery.
Visitation will be at Memory Chapel from 4-7 p.m. Monday.
