Carry Ferriter Services Private

Carolyn Ellen (Carry) Ferriter died Saturday, June 8 at Yavapai Community Hospital following a month’s illness.

Mrs. Ferriter had been a resident of Prescott for 15 years, moving here from Los Angeles.

She was an active member of the Monday Club and served in the Republican Club on many committees.

She also held membership in: the XMC, Prescott Garden Club, Westerners Diner Club, AARP and NARFE. She participated in many civic and community endeavors. 

Survivors include: a sister, Mrs. Raymond Lufkin of Freehold, N. J.; a nephew, Robert Lynch of Santa Barbara, Calif.; two nieces, Virginia Glymour of Pueblo West, Colo. and Lucille Preston of Prescott.

Services are private and being handled by Memory Chapel.

Friends may send memorial contributions to the Monday Club of Prescott c/o Mary Lloyd, 496 Canyons Springs Rd., Prescott.
