Agatha V. Van Lith, 96, of Phoenix, AZ, died Monday, July 14, 2003. 
She was born May 22, 1907 in Sisseton, SD. 

Preceded in death by her beloved husband Cornelius in 1981, her son 
Cornelius in 1997 and her daughter Delores Johnson in 1998. She will be lovingly missed by her 6 surviving children: Magdalen Vandersteen, 
Dorothy Falconer, Elizabeth Geehan, Jo Anne Heller, Carol Wicke and 
Gerald Van Lith; 39 grandchildren; 52 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren and 6 sisters. 

Visitation 9:30 AM, Friday, July 18, 2003, Funeral Mass at 10am at St. 
Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 2312 E. Campbell Ave., Phoenix AZ. 

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that a donation be made to 
Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
