Leonard Lewis John Bishop, 93, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2003 at Scottsdale Healthcare. 

Jack traveled the world with his oil business. He loved life and lived 
it to the fullest. 

Jack served in the Coast Guard during World War II. 

He is survived by his sister Marcia of Indiana and was blessed with many friends. 

Cremation has taken place.
