MATHIS, Mary Anne Waddell -- Services for Mary Anne Mathis, 45, of Waddell, who lived in Arizona 42 years, were at Chapel of the Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Ave. Mrs. Mathis, who was born in Petoskey, Michigan, died Nov. 16, 1982 at Boswell Memorial Hospital in Sun City. Survivors include her husband, Jack; daughters, Sally Ann LONGBONS, Sandra Lee DUHIGG and Jackie Marie MATHIS; son, William ; father, Clifford Eugene GILMAN, Sr.; two sisters, two brothers and nine grandchildren.
