Stuart N. Mackison, 80, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away July 17, 2003.
A proud member of the 735th Tank Battalion in WWII, he moved from
Indiana to Arizona in 1965. He was a dedicated school teacher and house
painter. A loving and caring husband, brother, father, grandfather and
friend, he was loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He
was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Martha (1995) and brother,
Richard. He is survived by his brothers Frank and Verrell and sister,
Leola. His daughters Nancy (Jeffrey) and Angela (John) and grandchildren
Michael, Kimberly, Kathy and Karen will never forget his caring ways.
Visitation will be Sunday evening at Meldrum Mortuary, 52 N. Macdonald
from 6-8pm;
Memorial service at Church of the Savior, 1720 E. Broadway, Mesa at
10am, Monday.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be made to a
charity of your choice.
