OSBORN, Gaston (Toot)

West Valley View, Avondale, AZ Friday, December 30, 2011 Gaston "Toot" Osborn, 90, of Wetumka, Okla., and formerly of Buckeye died Nov. 12, 2011, in Henryetta, Okla. Mr. Osborn was born July 23, 1921, in Wetumka to Elam and Bessie Parker Osborn. He was raised on a family-owned dairy farm. He served in the Navy aboard the USS Holland in the Pacific during World War II. He and his late wife, Betty, lived for 50 years in Buckeye, where they raised their family. In 2001, he returned to Wetumka and married Wanda Lee Hall, a childhood friend. He is survived by his wife, Wanda; two sons, Jim of Buckeye, and Dennis of Phoenix; 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Services were Nov. 19 at First United Methodist Church in Wetumka. He was buried in Wetumka.
