Frances S. "Frankie" Hernandez, 39, of Phoenix, AZ passed away 
Wednesday, July 16, 2003. She was born August 8, 1963 in Arizona. She 
was a secretary at the Roosevelt School District for the past seven 
years. She is survived by her husband, Richard P. Hernandez; daughter, 
Salina Victoria (age 10); sons, Richard Prudencio Jr.(age 14), Reuben 
James (age 13) and Samuel Angelo (age 2); mother, Victoria Silvas; and 
sisters, Betty Sanchez, Gloria Sanchez and Patsy Hansen - all of 
Phoenix. 

A visitation will be held from 6-8pm with a Rosary at 7pm on Tuesday, 
July 22nd at Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave. 

A Funeral Mass will be at 9am on Wednesday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel 
Church, 2121 S. Rural Rd.
