Services will be held Monday, July 21, 2003 at 2:00 PM, at the Citadel 
Care Center, 520 S. Higley, Mesa. 

Contributions may be made to Odyssey Health Care Hospice. 

Arrangements entrusted to Melcher's Mission Chapel.
