The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Monday, July 21, 2003 Adam M. Rybczynski, 29, beloved son of Patricia Cohen of Glendale, AZ and Joseph M. Rybczynski of New Egypt, N.J., brother to Captain Ian Rybczynski, USAF, and Jacob Cohen, passed away on July 17, 2003. Adam was a Firefighter and Paramedic for Sun Lakes F.D. There will be a visitation celebrating his life held at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden, Scottsdale, Tuesday, July 22 from 6-8 pm. Services will be held at Green Acres Chapel of Light, Wednesday. July 23, at 10 am.
