West Valley View, Avondale, AZ July 27, 2010 Brad D. Smith, 45, of Avondale died July 20, 2010, in a work accident in Phoenix. Mr. Smith was born March 27, 1965, in Keokuk, Iowa. He was a BioMed technician. He is survived by his wife, Lisa; and two sons, Geoffrey and Trevor. Services will be at 6:30 p.m. July 31 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 701 N 85th Ave., Tolleson.
