West Valley View, Avondale, AZ July 30, 2010 Joy-Ce Cameron, 48, of Phoenix and formerly of Avondale and Tolleson died July 13, 2010, in Phoenix. Mrs. Cameron was born Oct. 11, 1961, in Ithaca, N.Y., to William C. and Merry E. Cornell. She moved to Arizona in 1971. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Vincent D.; two daughters, Stephanie Moon and Burgundy; one son, Jay; three brothers, David D. Cornell, Johnny M. Cornell and William E. Cornell; and six grandchildren.
