West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona July 30, 2010 Federico R. Salas, 80, of Avondale died from cancer July 24, 2010, in Goodyear. Mr. Salas was born April 18, 1930, in Milete, Texas. He moved to Arizona in 1994. He was a farmer for the A Tumbling T Ranch. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor G.; two daughters, Yolanda De La Rosa and Irma; three sons, Frank, Ricky and Freddy; 20 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W. Van Buren St. in Tolleson. A Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 E. La Pasada Blvd. in Goodyear. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale.
